Arthur Clark, President
Prior to a career in executive search, Arthur had gained management experience with a major bank as well as a large insurance company. His career in the search business started in the '70s at a time when it was establishing itself as an industry.

In 1988 he co-founded Barrett Rose & Lee Inc. a mid-size search firm with a strong reputation in the Hi-Tech and Automotive Manufacturing market. It was there he gained experience in a variety of business sectors and was instrumental in assisting, directly and indirectly, the growth of numerous well-known organizations.

After almost two decades as President of Barrett Rose & Lee he founded Clark Search Group in 2007. His current focus is working with clients to build or rebuild corporate management teams and fill senior staff specialist positions in the fields of Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales, Marketing and Presales for Technology Vendors and related organizations.

Currently he is an active Member of the Board of Governors, Albert College in Belleville ON, Canada's oldest Co-educational Boarding School. Previously, he has been an Officer and has served on Boards of Directors of several public and private companies.

His personal life has been a series of obsessions starting with downhill skiing and yacht racing until the late '80s. The current obsession is golf and he is a member of RattleSnake Point Golf Club.

Bryan Penner, Principal
Bryan began his executive search career when he joined Clark Search Group. Prior to that he gained extensive sales experience in the computer software and document management industry. He has held enterprise sales roles with industry leading companies such as BMC Software, Ikon Office Solutions and Pitney Bowes Canada.

He has devoted considerable attention to providing counsel to executives and working with clients to rebuild corporate management teams and fill senior staff specialist positions in a variety of industries, both public and private. His experience includes software, retail, financial services, manufacturing, technology and professional service firms.

Increasingly, Bryan's practice has focused on identifying and recruiting executives in the fields of marketing and sales, communications and strategic planning. In addition, he is actively securing general managers to manage significant change initiatives for large and emerging businesses. Bryan received his BA from Trinity Western University.

Bryan resides in Oakville, Ontario with his wife and two children. He is involved with a number of charities and volunteer organizations within his community and in his spare time also enjoys his kids and golfing at Glencairn Golf Club
